Features

PERSEUS core and its frontend allow for the most professional project management in scientific HPC centers. Get rid of Excel sheets and inconsistent data while professionalizing your internal workflows. PERSEUS also allows for center-wide automation, achieved by providing a REST API as well as the option to fully customize services by implementing simple python classes. View Project Details Search through all projects and view their relevant details, including past events, runtime, and contained compute projects. User Management View all members of compute projects and add or remove them. Person Details Search through all users of your HPC systems to find details about their accounts, jobs, resource usage, and project memberships. Check Resource Usage Investigate how a computing project uses resources over its runtime. Configure State Machines Create and update state machines to define a project's lifecycle. It is possible to have multiple state machines for different projects. Provide a Service Catalog Manage the services you provide to users beyond HPC resources, such as access to software or cloud infrastructure.

Andromeda

PERSEUS also provides Andromeda, a user-facing self-service portal which works together with PERSEUS out of the box. It allows users to browse general center information, view project-related data as well as use a bunch of self-services. Check out all the features Andromeda provides.

General Information Users can access general information about their projects and view how they have been used over time. Resource Usage Give users an overview of the available and used resources within their computing projects. Manage Projects Administrators of compute projects have access to self-service options, which reduces the number of tasks the HPC center must perform for them. Browse Projects Allow public browsing of compute projects running on your HPC systems. Support Tickets With Andromeda, users can create support tickets directly within the web front end. These tickets contain all relevant information by default, which reduces response times. System Status Show users the current status of your HPC resources, as well as any planned downtime.
