My projects configuration
The My projects page gives you an overview of the compute projects you have access to.
Each project is shown as a card with its project ID, title, current workflow state and timeframe. The information shown in the middle of the card depends on the configuration of the Andromeda instance.
Project overview
Section titled “Project overview”The project overview can show either recent job activity or resource priorities.
When job activity is shown, the overview contains information about jobs from the last 14 days together with the currently pending and running jobs.
When resource priorities are shown, the overview lists the cumulative resources assigned to the project. Resources are grouped by cluster and include the granted amount and their current priority.
The right side of the card shows the current workflow state, the remaining project duration and the start and end dates.
Open a project
Section titled “Open a project”From the My projects overview, click a project card to open the corresponding project.
The project detail view shows more information about the selected project, including its scientific fields, timeframe, workflow state, principal investigator and person of contact.
The Usage section on the same page shows how the project’s cumulative resources have been used over time. The filters
below the graph can be used to control which usage information is displayed.
Resources
Section titled “Resources”Further down the project detail view, the resources assigned to the project are shown in two groups: cumulative resources and snapshot resources.
Cumulative resources, such as CPU core hours or GPU hours, are resources whose usage is added up over time. For each resource, the view shows the cluster, current usage, granted amount and priority.
Snapshot resources represent the current usage of a resource at a particular point in time. Storage is a typical example, where the current usage is shown in relation to the amount granted to the project.
