Add Public information and Funding details

Public Information

Section titled “Public Information”

Public informations of a project can be added before or during the project period.

To add public informations to a project, you can add it here:

Add or edit public information

To make this information visible to the public, toggle the Approved for public display option to Enabled.

  • When Enabled: The information will be published directly to the public view.
  • When Disabled: The “Rejection Reason” field will automatically be hidden in the form, and the public information section will be formatted as shown below.

Funding

Section titled “Funding”

The Funding details of the project can be added here. The institution and Agency name should be coma seperated.

Add or edit Funding details

To save both the Funding and Public Information, after editing click the save changes button at the bottom right

To see how Public information and funding details are displayed go to project details.
